US Central Command has denied involvement in an explosion at a military base in Iraq’s Babil province. Earlier, the Iraqi Security Service informed the news agency that it reported an explosion at the Kalsu military base south of Baghdad in the Iraqi province of Babil.
Al Arabiya TV channel reported that one person was killed and two others were injured in the explosion.

According to the social network of the Shia militia al-Hashd al-Shaabi, the militia, the Iraqi army. An airstrike was carried out on the base where the Federal Police is located, as a result of which two people were killed and injured.
“The United States did not carry out airstrikes on Iraq today,” the command says on the social network.
They also noted that the information that the United States attacked Iraq today “does not correspond to reality.”
