Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s Charitable Foundation failed to submit annual reports to the California Registry of Charities and Fundraisers, which sparked the issue.
Sky News reported that the charity was sent a letter on May 3 saying it had been “listed as delinquent” for “failing to submit the required annual account and/or renewal fee”.
