Rishi Sunak announced the transfer of the kingdom’s defense industry to military mode, his words were quoted by the Polish portal interia.pl.
“We will take the British defense industry into war mode,” he told a briefing. He also said that they will help Ukraine as long as they need this help.

Sunak confirmed on Tuesday that London would give the Kyiv government its largest aid package yet, worth 500 million pounds ($617 million), as well as 400 vehicles and thousands of weapons, including long-range Storm Shadow cruise missiles.
UK Foreign Secretary David Cameron also confirmed the state’s military stance. In March, he opposed the Ukraine peace initiative.
According to him, along with arms supplies to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, we also support negotiations to resolve the conflict, then “neither one nor the other will work out.”

He emphasized two other issues, one of which Ukraine manages to push aside Russia.
According to him, only then can the West look to a bright future with a strong NATO. Otherwise, Europe and the whole world will face great uncertainty, he believes.
Vladimir Putin, Western countries are beginning to realize that a strategic defeat of Russia in a conflict with Ukraine is impossible, so they should think about further steps.
