Hollywood actor Al Pacino recently revealed that back in the 1970s, he narrowly escaped a kidnapping.
According to him, he accepted a ride from a fan who promised to drive him home but instead tried to take him elsewhere.

“I asked, ‘Hey, what’s going on?’ And she bluntly replied, ‘I’m kidnapping you,'” The Guardian quotes from Pacino’s memoirs.
Pacino explained that her behavior didn’t seem flirtatious. When he asked her to stop, she refused. At that point, he decided to open the car door and jump out while it was still moving.
Fortunately, the situation ended safely. Realizing Pacino was in danger, the fan stopped the car and let him out. Pacino admitted he was very drunk at the time.
