Walton Goggins, celebrated for his role as Rick Hatchett in The White Lotus Season 3, sparked headlines after repeatedly derailing an interview with The Times when pressed about rumored tensions with co-star Aimee Lou Wood.
The 53-year-old actor known for Fallout and The Righteous Gemstones, grew visibly frustrated as journalist Ed Potton raised the topic of his alleged rift with Wood, who played his on-screen love interest, Chelsea.
According to Potton conversation veered off course three times when Wood’s name surfaced. Goggins initially dismissed the inquiry, stating, “I’m not gonna have that conversation.” His publicists quickly intervened, saying, “We’re not going there, thank you,” and urged the interviewer to move on.
Undeterred, Potton later asked if Wood would join Goggins on Saturday Night Live, where he is set to host on May 3, 2025, hinting at a possible reconciliation. This prompted an exasperated outburst from Goggins: “What the f***! Come on, buddy. Wow.” The interview abruptly ended following this exchange.
