Prosecutors claim that musician used his business including his record label Bad Boy Entertainment to transport both men and women across state lines for participation in recorded sex shows known as “Freak Offs.” They argue that this activity is part of a larger pimping and racketeering scheme.
Combs’ lawyer, Mark Agnifilo, has stated that the sexual activity in question was consensual.
If convicted on charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transporting individuals for prostitution, Diddy could face a life sentence, with a minimum of 15 years in prison.
