The UK prosecutor’s office has dropped charges against former Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein. According to News 3, the case involved an allegation of indecent assault, where Weinstein was accused of attacking a woman in London between July 31 and August 31, 1996.
The prosecutor’s office explained that they decided to close the case because, “there was no realistic prospect of a conviction.”
