Hollywood popular actor Tom Cruise maintains a warm relationship with his movie daughter Dakota Fanning. Every birthday, the star gives her a new pair of shoes, reports Variety.
Cruise and Fanning starred together in the movie War of the Worlds. Even then, the actor congratulated his young colleague on her birthday and gave her a phone for her 11th birthday. According to Dakota, she had long dreamed of such a device.

Fanning said, “I turned 11 on ‘War of the Worlds,’ when we worked together and he gave me my first cell phone for that birthday. It was a Motorola Razr…I didn’t have anyone to call, but I wanted a Razr so bad. I must have been talking about it a lot because that’s what he got me. It’s such a great memory.”
Then Cruise began giving his movie daughter the same gifts every year. After 20 years, Fanning has accumulated a whole collection of shoes from the famous American actor.
Tom Cruise and his daughter Suri, who is 18, do not have a good relationship. Suri does not communicate with her father. Suri took the important step of changing her last name in an effort to permanently distance herself from her parents. His daughter shows a deep rift in the relationship.
