“The Ministry of Justice of Ukraine is claiming property directly and indirectly owned by Povalii T.M., including immovable property (7 plots of land, a residential house, and a homestead), vehicles (2 cars), shooting range equipment (4 units), and intellectual property rights to music and lyrics (8 musical works),” the ministry’s statement published on its website reads.
The Ukrainian Prosecutor General’s Office reported on February 15 that it had issued charges against Ukrainian singer Taisiia Povalii in absentia, which relate to several articles connected with supporting Russia.
It was noted that Povalii regularly participates in political events, including a concert in Luhansk to mark the anniversary of the city’s liberation from German fascist occupiers.
