“I am thrilled and shocked that our rating on Rotten Tomatoes is still 100%, and the show’s views have skyrocketed by 75%, which is simply unheard of. It’s now the second most popular show worldwide on all streaming platforms. Thank you all so much, and we’re now working on the third season,” Stallone shared.
The Hollywood legend is collaborating with producer Taylor Sheridan (Yellowstone, Mayor of Kingstown) on Tulsa King. There were previous reports of a conflict between Sheridan and showrunner Terrence Winter, leading to Winter being shifted to head writer of the series.
The renewal came after the release of just two episodes from the second season, with new additions to the cast, including Frank Grillo (Day of the Trigger) and Neal McDonough (Sonic the Hedgehog).
