Singer and actress Selena Gomez opened up about her unique methods for coping with anxiety. In an interview with Vanity Fair she shared that cold showers and heating up rooms are the two strategies that work best for her.
Selena, who rose to fame as a teenager, is no stranger to stress. In 2018, she was hospitalized following a nervous breakdown later being diagnosed with bipolar disorder. Over the years she has found ways to manage her anxiety without relying on medication.

Pop star explained that when she feels overwhelmed she immerses herself in cold water and increases the temperature in her surroundings.

According to her, these temperature shifts help “ground” her and regain control of her emotions.
