Sean “Diddy” Combs, 54-year-old rapper, briefly spoke with his children while waiting for his trial in a Brooklyn jail. His family is in shock over his arrest.
Diddy faces serious charges including sex trafficking and racketeering. But he managed to talk to his kids on the phone, according to reports. He has seven children: Quincy (33), Justin (30), Christian (26), Chance (18), Jessie and D’Lila (17), and baby Love, who is just one year old.
“He’s very concerned about his kids and their well-being,” a source told the publication. Another insider said P. Diddy‘s children are “in a state of crisis and shock” following his arrest: “It’s hard to see the kids in the state they’re in. This is their dad. But to them, he’s not Diddy — he’s Dad. He’s always been a loving, devoted father.”

Another report confirmed that Diddy isn’t getting any special treatment in jail and is being treated like any other prisoner awaiting trial.
Diddy has pleaded not guilty to the charges. His bail was denied, even after he offered his house and his mother’s house as collateral. His appeal to reverse that decision was also rejected, meaning he’ll stay in jail until his trial.
