The tribute was posted on Patrick’s social media, featuring a vintage photo of the two together. Patrick captioned the photo with a playful message: “I love you almost as much as you love yourself!”
Patrick is one of the four children from Arnold Schwarzenegger’s marriage to journalist Maria Shriver.
