On October 28, the UK government imposed sanctions on three Russian agencies, including the Social Design Agency (SDA) and its partner company, Structure, for distributing misinformation.
According to representatives of Middleton, these organizations linked to an online network named Doppelgange, allegedly responsible for spreading rumors. And conspiracy theories about Kate’s absence following abdominal surgery and a subsequent cancer diagnosis. This network reportedly used public interest in her health to fuel speculation.
