New sex scandal has emerged involving Mohamed al-Fayed, the late Egyptian billionaire and father of Dodi al-Fayed, Princess Diana‘s last lover.
Allegations of sexual misconduct surfaced in the documentary Al-Fayed: Predator at Harrods where more than 20 former employees of Harrods, London department store once owned by al-Fayed, accused him of harassment and abuse.

Adding to the scandal, Diana’s former butler, Paul Burrell, revealed to The Sun that al-Fayed made indecent proposals to the Princess of Wales herself.
Burrell, who worked for Diana from 1987 to 1997, recalled an incident where Diana ran out of al-Fayed’s office, visibly shaken, after he propositioned her. “These are her exact words—Mohamed said, ‘I want you to marry my son because in Egyptian tradition, the father comes first. I will sleep with you,’” Burrell said.
Diana, disturbed by the proposal, reportedly likened al-Fayed to Yoda from Star Wars, saying, “Can you imagine making love to Yoda?”

Burrell shared that Diana appalled by al-Fayed’s behavior and the notion that he believed he had the right to sleep with her.
He suggested that al-Fayed’s influence played a significant role in his son Dodi’s relationship with Diana, with the billionaire showering her with gifts and privileges.
Al-Fayed even allowed Diana to use a secret entrance to Harrods to avoid media attention.
Burrell also recalled witnessing Mohamed Al-Fayed inappropriately touch women, but noted that Diana maintained control over the situation, as al-Fayed couldn’t risk losing his connection to her. “Most of the women who worked for him didn’t have that privilege,” Burrell said.

He concluded by suggesting that, had Diana been alive, she would have supported al-Fayed’s victims, saying, “She would say, ‘It could have happened to me. Thank God it didn’t. But I’m with you.'”
Scandal comes amid other revelations involving members of British royal family and their associations with controversial figures like P. Diddy.
