Knauf, in a recent interview, shared that William found the spring of 2023 particularly harrowing. “He couldn’t believe it was happening,” Knauf told Marka.com, emphasizing the emotional toll on Prince.
He said that the phone call when he first learned of Kate’s illness was “awful, absolutely awful.”
“Within a couple of weeks, if you’re Prince William, you find out that both your wife and your father have cancer,” said Knauf.
