P. Diddy is challenging the court’s decision to keep him in jail. 54-year-old rapper again asking for $50 million bail.
Documents from In Touch Weekly show Diddy filed his request with the appellate court on Monday. He had previously offered two mansions as collateral—one owned by Sean “Diddy” Combs, and the other by his mother.

“There are no conditions that would reasonably ensure his appearance in court or guarantee the safety of others,” said the prosecution.
They argued that Diddy is dangerous and poses a threat to society due to the serious nature of the charges. As a result court denied his bail and kept him in jail.
Rapper reportedly worried for his safety, believing his life may be at risk.

Photos and evidence of his large parties involving illegal activities have surfaced online. It’s rumored that Diddy may have secretly filmed these parties to blackmail influential figures.
Diddy arrested on September 17, facing charges of sexual assault, human trafficking, and racketeering. Despite offering $50 million bail and agreeing not to contact women outside of family and witnesses, he remains in custody.
