Recently, a lawsuit from Ashley Parham emerged, claiming that Combs raped her in 2018 after she accused him of being involved in Tupac’s murder.
According to the Daily Mail, it all started with casual bar talk—not with Diddy, but with his friend Shane Pierce.
Parham said she began chatting with Pierce, who was bragging about his connection to Diddy. He even FaceTimed the rapper, and during the conversation, Parham mentioned she believed Diddy played a role in Tupac’s death.

Diddy reportedly threatened revenge. About a month later, Pierce called Parham, asking for help with cancer medicine, but when she arrived, Combs was at the door.
Parham claims he held knife to her throat, threatening to cut her face. His assistant, Christina Khorram, suggested selling Parham into sexual slavery abroad to get rid of her.
Combs then stripped Parham, poured oil on her, and raped her. After several hours, Parham managed to escape, though Diddy taunted her, saying he was surprised she could move, considering the drugs he’d given her.
He later contacted her, calling the incident “fun,” and offered money to claim the encounter was consensual. When Parham threatened to call the police, Diddy told her no one would believe her.

Parham also overheard Diddy talking about Tupac’s death. At one point, man pulled gun on Diddy, demanding he repeat what he said about Tupac. Combs fled the scene.
Tupac’s relatives have since hired prominent New York lawyer Alex Spiro to help untangle this long-standing mystery surrounding his death.
