One of the most disturbing claims suggests that Sean Combs (P. Diddy’s real name) and his close friend Jay-Z orchestrated Aaliyah’s death, which allegedly paved the way for Beyoncé’s rise to fame.
Here’s closer look at how these events are connected and what Michael Jackson has to do with it.
It all began with a J. Cole song that sparked intense online debate. In the song, J. Cole names Michael Jackson, Aaliyah Dana Haughton, and Lisa “Left Eye” Lopez—three artists who all died on the 25th of different months.

Aaliyah died in a plane crash in August 2001, Lopez in a car accident in April 2002, and Jackson passed away in June 2009. All three had ties to Diddy, and Aaliyah was a regular at his parties.
Fans also alarmed by the song’s title, “She Knows,” and the repeated phrase “She knows” in the lyrics, believing it references Beyoncé’s maiden name, Knowles.
Adding to this is J. Cole’s past feud with Diddy, which some believe gave him reason to expose secrets, much like Eminem did in his music.
Though this theory lacks evidence it has sparked serious accusations. Comments on Beyoncé’s posts filled with harsh accusations even calling her a murderer.
