According to the outlet, a jury at the High Court in Dublin has ruled against McGregor in a case brought by Nikita Hand, who alleges that the athlete assaulted and raped her during a New Year’s Eve party in December 2018.

Hand claims that he physically abused her before attacking her. In his defense, the fighter insisted that their interaction was consensual.
McGregor has denied the allegations against him and plans to appeal the court’s fine. The appeal will seek to make it absolutely clear that he is innocent.
