Court documents obtained by Page Six show both sides reached full mutual agreement on all major issues, avoiding further legal disputes.

A key term of settlement includes a mutual waiver of spousal support. Neither party will pay child support to the other. Documents note both Kidman and Urban earn more than $100,000 per month, which formed basis for this decision.

Custody arrangements outline that their daughters — Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 15 — will reside with Kidman for 306 days each year. Urban will have parenting time every other weekend.

Property division was handled by mutual consent. All marital assets, including investments, bank accounts, furniture, appliances, vehicles, and personal items, remain with current owners as agreed by both parties.

Legal costs will be paid separately by each former spouse. Court records do not clarify whether a prenuptial agreement existed.

The couple began living apart during summer 2005. Kidman filed for divorce in September, citing irreconcilable differences. A source said the actress did not want separation and tried to preserve the marriage.
