The novel tells the story of Mallory Hunt, a high-fashion model, and Oliver Smith, former boy band member struggling with drug addiction.
In the book, Mallory visits Oliver during a dark time, and tragedy strikes, reports Page Six.
The eerie parallels between the book and Payne’s death have shaken fans. In Henry’s story, Mallory survives fall from balcony.
Fans also remembered a chilling moment from 10 years ago when Liam posed dangerously on a balcony over 100 meters high. After backlash, he apologized, promising it wouldn’t happen again.
Liam Payne, 31, was found dead near a hotel in Argentina, suffering injuries that were fatal. Just before this, he had shared happy photos with his girlfriend, Kate Cassie, though she wasn’t with him that day. She had already returned home.
