New details have emerged regarding Sean “Diddy” Combs. An attorney, representing a woman involved in a case concerning an alleged pornographic tape, claims that Diddy wasn’t an “active participant in the videotaping.”
Attorney Ariel Mitchell-Kidd has accused P. Diddy of sexually assaulting her client in 2018. Speaking in an interview with NewsNation, she revealed, “I was approached by someone who initially wanted me to represent them in a case involving a pornographic tape featuring Diddy, which I declined.”

Mitchell-Kidd explained further during a Friday, Sept. 27 interview on Banfield, “There have been tapes leaking around Hollywood, being shopped to individuals, but someone contacted me about a specific video they had and wanted me to reach out to the person in the video to see if they were interested in buying it before it became public.” Conversation shared by People.
Mitchell-Kidd represents a woman who claims Combs sexually assaulted her with an inanimate object and directed another man to assault her before she managed to escape. The attorney announced plans to file a lawsuit within the week.

When asked by correspondent Laura Ingle to elaborate on the alleged tape, Mitchell-Kidd described it as a “catch and kill” situation. She stated she couldn’t reveal the identity of the other person in the video, only saying they are “more high-profile” than Diddy.
“I’ve seen stills from the video, so it can be confirmed that it exists, it’s real, and the other person is clearly visible,” she said. “It’s no question that this person is in the video, and I can tell the footage is pornographic in nature.”
Mitchell-Kidd also added, “It seems like the person doesn’t know they’re being recorded. They’re not actively participating in the videotaping, and it appears to be a secret recording.”
