According to The Sun, work on the house continued even after Perry’s passing, with a new roof installed recently. Although the mansion has seen some activity, with a white car occasionally spotted outside, no one resides there permanently.
The property, which features four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, is not yet officially on the market. However, its price is expected to exceed $5.5 million when it becomes available.

The home gained unfortunate notoriety after Perry was found dead in its Jacuzzi on October 28, 2023. His death was attributed to a heart attack resulting from a drug overdose. Following this tragic event, five people, including the doctor who supplied the drugs, were arrested.
Perry’s property trustee, Lisa Ferguson, is listed as the owner of the mansion.
