“Barbie” star Margot Robbie has become a mother for the first time. The 34-year-old actress and her husband, producer Tom Ackerley, welcomed a baby boy, according to Daily Mail.
Reports say the baby arrived on October 17, just days before the expected due date. A source close to Robbie assured that “everything went smoothly.”
Friends and family of the couple are keeping the news private for now, and neither Robbie nor Ackerley has made an official announcement.
Margot Robbie’s and Tom Ackerley’s parents are already preparing to fly to Los Angeles to meet their new grandson. News of the birth emerged shortly after Ackerley was seen carrying a pack of diapers near their home in Venice Beach.
Robbie and Ackerley met in 2013 during the filming of Suite Française. They started dating a year later and married in 2016.

Robbie’s pregnancy was revealed in July when she was spotted with a baby bump while on a boat ride on Lake Como, Italy. Although the couple didn’t officially confirm the news, an insider shared that they were very happy.
