PA Media has reported that King Charles III of Great Britain is showing positive progress in his health following a cancer diagnosis. Palace sources emphasized that while his health remains the top priority, there is a clear improvement.
A source quoted by the agency stated, “Health must remain the number one priority, although it is on a very positive trajectory.” Despite his illness, King Charles has aimed to fulfill his public duties as much as possible, demonstrating that he still has a lot to contribute.

On September 8, the anniversary of his accession to the throne after the death of Queen Elizabeth II, Charles is expected to visit a church for a day of solitary prayer and reflection. This date falls during his summer retreat at Balmoral Castle in Scotland.
Earlier this week, Queen Camilla shared that the king is feeling well. However, reports from the Daily Beast raised concerns that King Charles’ busy schedule might interfere with his cancer treatment. Some Buckingham Palace staff and Queen Camilla have expressed worry about the toll it could take.
One source noted that the king has lost a significant amount of weight and appeared frail, especially during a meeting with families affected by a knife attack in Southport in July.

After beginning treatment, doctors advised him to reduce his public engagements. By late April, his health had improved, allowing him to resume some of his duties.
