As reported by Associated Press, he re-entered the race, clarifying that he was not injured. He finished 25th but at one point finished 21st and is set to race again on Sunday, 6 October.
Fans were quite worried about him, with several comments under the DiscussingFilm post. “Aww I missed it, I was gonna watch and cheer on our boy! If you finsh top half in your first ever race, it’s a success. If you spin out, and still have a running car and finish, That’s also a success. 2nd ever race is gonna be a top half-finish. 3rd race; single digits!”
Fan comment, “Way to go, Keanu! 🚗💨 It’s awesome to see you dive into something new, and finishing strong after that spin is impressive! Keep pushing, you’ve got this! 🙌”
