New information has emerged about Justin Timberlake, who was arrested for DWI (Driving While Intoxicated). It has been confirmed that the video of his arrest, which occurred in July, will not be released to the media.
According to TMZ, the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office and Timberlake, 43, agreed that the video would be sealed. It was also confirmed that only legal teams and the police would have access to it.
At the time of his arrest, Timberlake reportedly claimed he had “just one martini,” but he was still taken into custody and spent the night in a local jail.
The reason for the arrest was driving under the influence and breaking traffic laws. Authorities stated that Timberlake was unable to follow traffic rules properly because he was intoxicated.
Timberlake was convicted and ordered to complete 25 hours of community service and pay a $500 fine.
