Renowned Italian actress Ornella Muti experienced a significant setback upon her arrival in St. Petersburg, as her luggage was lost during her journey.
The missing suitcase contained luxury brand items, including some that hold great sentimental value to the actress. The details of the incident were reported by the Telegram channel Mash.

Among the items in the lost luggage were dresses gifted to Muti by Giordio Armani, a Valentino bag, and a Chanel scarf, which holds special memories as she wore it when she met the famous artist Salvador Dalí.
The mishap is believed to be the fault of airport employees, but it remains unclear where the error occurred. Muti had a transfer in Istanbul, after flying from Rome, before arriving in St. Petersburg’s Pulkovo Airport. Despite the loss, Muti has already checked into her hotel in St. Petersburg, where she is resting after the exhausting 12-hour journey.
Ornella Muti is in St. Petersburg for a special event, where she plans to attend an exhibition by artist Nikas Safronov at the Peter and Paul Fortress. The event is scheduled for Saturday, August 31, and will feature a performance by Russian actor and singer Mikhail Boyarsky.
