Two Palestinian adolescents who planned to attack Israeli soldiers with knives at one of the city’s train stations on November 2 were taken into custody by Tel Aviv police, the police press service announced on Monday.

The news release stated that the incident happened on November 2 and that “Tel Aviv District Police foiled a knife attack near the Savidor railway station by detaining two suspects who were found in possession of knives.”
The arrests, according to the police, were two schoolchildren from Umm al-Fahm, an Arab city in northern Israel that is close to the Palestinian Authority border.
