Russian supermodel Irina Shayk has sold her sprawling Manhattan apartment for $3.25 million, marking the end of a year-long effort to offload the elite property, according to the New York Post.
Shayk purchased the duplex in the prestigious West Village in 2010 for $1.96 million during her relationship with soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo. Last year, she listed the apartment for $4.2 million, but with no buyers, she slashed the price by $1 million, finalizing the sale at $3.25 million.
Spanning 225 square meters, the apartment boasts oak floors, panoramic windows, and 3.5-meter-high ceilings. It features three bedrooms and three bathrooms, with one bedroom repurposed as a expansive wardrobe to house Shayk’s extensive clothing and shoe collection. Interior designer Laura Kirar crafted the sophisticated aesthetic.
Equipped with smart home technology, the residence allows remote control of lighting, air temperature, and water settings, elevating its modern appeal.

The sale, handled by brokers Elliot and Alexander Bogod of Broadway Realty, closes a chapter for Shayk, who shares a seven-year-old daughter, Lea, with actor Bradley Cooper and continues to reside in New York.
