Donna Kelce, the mother of NFL star Travis Kelce, was recently spotted wearing a custom hat at one of his games. Hat was designed to honor the relationship between her son and his girlfriend Taylor Swift.
It featured Kansas City Chiefs logo which appeared to be hand-stitched, giving it a personalized touch.
Donna Kelce, 71, wore the hat during Kansas City Chiefs’ season opener against Baltimore Ravens earlier this month. In addition to the logo hat also showcased Travis Kelce’s jersey number, 87, embroidered with delicate details, including Holly Springs and white cosmos flowers.
Flowers symbolized their birth months, adding another layer of connection. Alexa Pearlmutter, artist behind hat, posted a video on September 7 sharing the creative process of designing piece.
The video garnered attention, with one person commenting, “This is so beyond incredible & perfect on so many levels! Congratulations! I would love to hear the backstory of this particular alchemy 💯 Talk about a long live Love Story. ♥️🫶🏻💯 Unforgettable ✨”
In response, Pearlmutter explained her artistic vision, saying, “My general idea was to incorporate matching florals to pair with the red/white asymmetrical logo and work @Travis Kelce’s #87 into the design.”
