The 54-year-old rapper’s mansion has been on the market for some time, but the decision to sell comes as no surprise to insiders, despite recent controversy surrounding the hip-hop mogul. According to a source, the “I’ll Be Missing You” rapper had decided to sell the property earlier, but Homeland Security investigated the estate.
Diddy’s property is one of the most prestigious in Los Angeles, located in the so-called Platinum Triangle—an area that includes Holmby Hills, Beverly Hills, and Bel-Air.
The estate sits on 1.3 acres of land and has a total area of approximately 1,300 square feet, featuring a master suite and other luxurious amenities.

The Pagesix revealed that Diddy bought the property about 10 years ago for $40 million. It features an open swimming pool, a wine cellar, an office, and other lavish amenities. The property is currently listed with several real estate services companies.
According to the listing description, “A grand cobblestone driveway leads to the completely remodeled estate, which features classic European design elements. The property boasts a luxurious paneled entry foyer with a sweeping staircase bathed in natural light, along with a large living room, formal dining room, wine cellar, office, and a gourmet kitchen with a family room and separate catering kitchen.”
The rapper’s neighbors include Kylie Jenner, tech mogul Evan Spiegel, and music bigwig Irving Azoff, as well as fashion icon Alexandra von Furstenberg and legendary Playboy Mansion.
A source told an outlet, “Combs established his primary residence on Star Island in Miami years ago. Now that his children are grown… the empty nester has decided to sell the property, marking a significant moment in LA real estate.”
