Court rejected producer and rapper P. Diddy‘s (Sean Combs) request to stop accusers and their attorneys from publicly sharing or discussing details of his case, as reported by Page Six.
Last week, P. Diddy’s lawyers filed a special motion, asking the judge to prevent all involved parties from discussing the case publicly.
Diddy argued the court needed to stop the “circus-like atmosphere” that often surrounds high-profile cases.
However, Judge Arun Subramanian denied the request. The judge did issue an order prohibiting federal agents, investigators, and Combs’s team from releasing details of court proceedings, aiming to ensure a fair outcome.
On September 17, New York authorities detained P. Diddy on charges of sexual assault, human trafficking, and racketeering.
