Weekly cleansing masks and visits to the spa for her favorite lymphatic drainage treatments help keep her skin radiant.
When it comes to maintaining her figure Schiffer credits her slim physique to a healthy lifestyle.
She focuses on eating organic food, avoiding bad habits, and replacing intensive gym sessions with outdoor walks. Her balanced approach to health and beauty clearly paying off, and women everywhere are taking note.
Schiffer said in another post on her Instagram, “I grew up surrounded by a large garden full of beautiful flowers and plants, eagerly anticipating autumn when I’d watch the acorns fall and leap into piles of leaves which my mother, Gudrun Schiffer, had gathered. She was a passionate gardener, and my design concept pays homage to her and to my love of nature, which she nurtured. The collection’s new visual motif and colour palette are all fall-inspired. This is also the first time I’ve designed in porcelain, drawing on heritage craftsmanship to bring a more refined and formal direction to the dinnerware.”

A fan said, “Gorgeous designs you have made here. And beautiful photos full of cultural charm. Gudrun is truly a magnificent female first name, of Icelandic origin… Very common in Germany decades ago, it always reminds me of the heroic medieval epic Kudrun (Das Gudrunlied). It is also the first name of one of the main female characters of the Nibelungenlied. Fantastic great name indeed deserving of artistic homage.”
