American R&B singer Chris Brown, 36, appeared at Manchester Magistrate’s Court today facing charges of grievous bodily harm with intent. The charge stems from an alleged assault at a London nightclub in February 2023.

Arriving by private jet at Manchester Airport on Wednesday Brown arrested early Thursday. During the 40-minute hearing, he wore a black t-shirt and tracksuit bottoms, confirming only his name date of birth, and address. No plea entered and he remanded in custody until his next court date at Southern Crown Court on June 13, 2025.
