Celine Dion, seriously ill, made her first public appearance since the 2024 Olympics.
She attended the Spirit of Life Awards and delivered a powerful speech, highlighting the importance of hope and quality treatment for serious illnesses.
In December 2022, Celine revealed her diagnosis with stiff-person syndrome, which forced her to pause her music career.
Though she performed at the opening of the 2024 Olympics in France, she stayed out of the public eye afterward.
Now, months later, Dion attended a gala supporting cancer research. She presented the Lifetime Achievement Award to Jay Marciano, emphasizing the need to bring hope to those battling cancer or other serious illnesses.
