On July 14, Kate Middleton made her second public appearance in six months. Prince William’s wife attended the men’s final of the Wimbledon tournament in the UK.
Oncologist and candidate of medical sciences Yevgeny Cheryomushkin confirmed in a conversation that the princess is showing improvement with each appearance and gave a prognosis for her recovery.

“He likely had colon cancer. Obstruction and bleeding began, along with systemic symptoms such as weight loss, fever, and general weakness,” said Evgeny Cheryomushkin.
Discussing the Princess of Wales’ recovery time, the oncologist noted that “a lot depends on the stage of treatment and the tissue that was removed” as well as “the physical characteristics of the patient.” Evgeny Cheryomushkin mentioned that in the absence of obesity and chronic diseases, a person could return to their normal life within two months.

However, at least five months have passed since Kate Middleton’s treatment began. Evgeny Cheryomushkin explained this by the “individual reaction” of the body and “difficulties in treatment.”
“Some people need more time to recover. On the other hand, it may indicate difficulty in treatment. Plus the body’s response to chemotherapy, if she is undergoing it,” the doctor concluded.
