This week, reports surfaced that singer Jennifer Lopez has filed for divorce from actor Ben Affleck after two years of marriage.
According to media sources, Lopez filed the papers in the Los Angeles Superior Court on August 20, citing April 26, 2024, as the date of their separation. Notably, there was no prenuptial agreement between the two, and Lopez is not seeking financial support from Affleck, nor does she plan to provide any.

Many expected Affleck to take the news of the divorce hard. However, just a day after the reports, he was spotted smiling in public, accompanied by his ex-wife, actress Jennifer Garner, and their 15-year-old daughter, Seraphina.
The trio was photographed by paparazzi as they left a private plane, with Affleck appearing in good spirits.
In contrast, on the same day, Affleck was also seen driving to his office in Los Angeles, looking tense and smoking, with no wedding ring on his hand, as reported by Page Six.
