Actress Ali Bastian, best known for her role in Hollyoaks, has shared that she has been diagnosed with stage II cancer. The 42-year-old sought medical attention after experiencing chest pain.
In a personal Instagram post, Bastian explained that she first noticed something was wrong while breastfeeding her baby daughter. She felt discomfort in her breast, which prompted her to visit the hospital. After a series of tests, doctors confirmed the presence of a malignant tumor.

“I was in shock. I have two little girls at home, and my husband can’t manage them on his own,” the actress wrote, reflecting on her emotional response to the diagnosis.
“I have mornings when I wake up and I’ve forgotten… and then suddenly I remember. I’m still trying to process it.”
