50 Cent is set to release a documentary about controversial life of Sean “Diddy” Combs. According to Variety, rappers face serious accusations, including sex trafficking, sexual assault, and abuse. Project currently being developed for Netflix.
“This story has affected a lot of people. It’s a complex tale that goes beyond the headlines and video clips people are familiar with,” 50 Cent explained.
Rapper emphasized that both he and Netflix feel a responsibility to “give a voice to those who don’t have one and present the real facts.” He also noted that this story is separate from the history of hip-hop.
